Doug Stevens has been an Arbitrator and Independent Expert on the RICS Panel for more than 20 years receiving both RICS and Private Appointments He has made over 200 Arbitration Awards and Independent Expert Determinations and on rent reviews of a range of retail properties including: - West End shops and stores in Bond Street, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Kensington and the City - Shop units and large stores in High Streets across the UK - Shop units and large stores in provincial and Regional Shopping Centres including Bluewater, Trafford, Westfield, Meadowhall etc - Large food stores across the UK - Convenience stores across the UK - Units on Retail Parks. 44 years experience initially with two retail companies (Co-op and UDS). A partner of Leslie Furness until 1985 when he left to found Douglas Stevens & Company.
