The team dealing with rent review and lease renewals is made up of Douglas Stevens, Nick Cook and Trevor Pyne. Both tenants and landlords are represented on High Street, Shopping Centre and Retail Park units on rent reviews and lease renewals throughout the UK.

Doug Stevens has been an Arbitrator and Independent Expert on the RICS Panel for more than 20 years receiving both RICS and Private Appointments He has made over 200 Arbitration Awards and Independent Expert Determinations and on rent reviews of a range of retail properties including: - West End shops and stores in Bond Street, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Kensington and the City - Shop units and large stores in High Streets across the UK - Shop units and large stores in provincial and Regional Shopping Centres including Bluewater, Trafford, Westfield, Meadowhall etc - Large food stores across the UK - Convenience stores across the UK - Units on Retail Parks. Recent decisions include Dolce & Gabbana in Old Bond Street; Sainsbury’s in West Ealing; Waitrose in Chiswick; Debenhams in Harrow; Boots PACT Determination in Bury; Co-op in Chatham; Poundland in Wembley.
